Outreach Ministry Bringing hope to all through God's Saving Word

If you noticed the subtitle above, you have read the “mission statement” of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church: “Bringing hope to all through God’s Saving Word”. While this speaks of the goal for the entire congregation, even of all Christians, the Outreach Ministry of St. Peter is especially tasked with reaching out to our community.

The Outreach Ministry strives to find many ways in which we can reach out and share God’s Word with those in our community who are not our members. This may involve hosting special events, making calls on those who have visited us and indicated some interest, even sending mailings and bringing prayers on behalf of the unchurched all around us.
