Bible Studies

    Adult Bible Study
  • Meets 9:15 a.m. on Sundays and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays

    Dig deeper into God's Word on Sunday mornings and after our Tuesday evening service. Topics rotate regularly between books of the Bible, contemporary issues, themes/topics found in the Bible, and more. Studies run for 45 minutes with time for fellowship both before and after!

    Journey Through the Bible
  • Meets 10:00 a.m. Thursdays

    We're exploring the bible one book at a time! Feel free to join us on Thursday morning for coffee, fellowship, and a journey into God's Word!

    Positive Women
  • Meets 7:00 p.m. 2nd & 4th Mondays (Fall and Spring)

    Join a wonderful group of women for spiritual and relational growth! We'll study various topics, books, and relevant, timely issues of today.

    Young Adult Small Group
  • Meets 7:30 p.m. on 2nd & 4th Thursdays

    Our 20s/30s meet twice a month for fellowship and Bible Study, and is currently looking at common objections to Christianity found in the book "The Reason for God" by Timothy Keller. Our focus is on carrying on respectful dalogue with those of different beliefs, while finding ways to point them to the basic message of Christianity: God's love for the world, shown in Christ.

    Jesus Cares
  • Meets 2:30 p.m. on Mondays

    Our Jesus Cares program shares the gospel with the developmentally disabled in our community. A Bible lesson, snack, and plenty of singing make for great afternoon in God's Word with wonderful friends! Contact Gloria Krob at (970) 484-2704 for more details.
    Christian Counseling
  • Counseling services are available through appointments with Pastor Spaude and professional help is available through WELS-affiliated Wisconsin Lutheran Child and Family Service. Visit for more information.



    Family Life Workshops
  • We offer 2-3 scripture-based workshops a year addressing various aspects of life, including:
    • Marriage enrichment
    • Parenting guidance
    • Christian stewardship / Financial management

    Bible Information Class (BIC)
  • Meets 6:30 p.m. Thursday. For alternative scheduling, contact Pastor Joel Spaude at to arrange a one-on-one session.

    Are you curious about what we teach? Do you have questions about the Bible, God, and Christianity? This 16-week class reviews the foundations of our teaching here at St Peter, and is a wonderful opportunity to dive deeper into God's Word. Whether you're simply curious about Christianity or you've been a long-time member of St Peter, this class will enrich your life as it puts God's love for you on display each and every week. Babysitting can be provided if needed.

  • This regional 20's/30's group meets at various WELS churches each month for a Bible Study and social outing. Keep an eye out for weekend trips, cabin reatreats, happy hours, camping excursions and other events as well!     League Sports
  • We have teams for city Co-Ed Softball and Kickball leagues in the summer. Prefer to watch the games? Join Fantasy Football and weekly Football Pick'em Leagues, as well as a March Madness Bracket Challenge! 
    Men's Fellowship
  • Do you enjoy hiking? Watching sports? Target shooting? Regular social outings like these provide the men in our congregation an opportunity to get to know and encourage their Brothers in Christ.

    The Little Children's Fellowship (TLC)

  • Play dates and occasional family outings give moms and dads an opportunity to connect with other parents for fellowship, support, and encouragement. This group is great for new parents!     Sunday School
  • Meets 9:15 a.m. on Sundays
    Kids from 3 yrs old to 4th grade learn weekly Bible stories and are taught how to become disciples of Christ in their daily lives. Contact Lisa McKenney at for more details.
    5 & 6 Grade Catechism
  • Meets 9:15 a.m. Sundays

    Diving a little deeper into Bible topics, this study prepares 5th and 6th Graders for Catechism class with Pastor Spaude. Contact Lisa McKenney at (970) 568-2554 for more details.
    7 & 8 Grade Catechism
  • Meets 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays

    Vacation Bible School
